Editorial Policy
Evidence, interpretation and tradition are distinct.

Sources and claims
Health claims should link to the evidence that supports them. We prefer public-health bodies, original studies and systematic reviews. A source discussing a practice does not prove that this app produces the same result. Unverified statistics and treatment promises are removed or held for review.
Authorship and review
Articles identify their editorial attribution and source-check status. A source check is not medical review. We only identify a clinical reviewer when a suitably qualified person has actually reviewed the content. We do not invent authors or credentials.
Traditional material
Traditional concepts are labeled as traditional interpretations, not biological mechanisms or clinical evidence. Sanskrit translations require a traceable edition and qualified language review before being presented as authoritative quotations.
Safety and uncertainty
We describe uncertainty and avoid universal outcomes. Generic wellness articles do not prescribe supplement doses, diagnose fatigue or replace professional care. High-risk material requires appropriate expert review.
Automation and corrections
Automation can help prepare drafts and organize sources. It does not replace editorial accountability. Report an error using the contact below with the article URL and the statement in question. Changes that alter a health claim should be recorded with an updated date.
