Scope and eligibility
These terms cover the MyHealthLogy web application for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you agree to use it lawfully and keep your credentials private. The Privacy Policy describes our handling of information.
Wellness boundaries
The app provides general education, habit tracking and movement suggestions. It does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency care or create a clinician-patient relationship. Stop activity that causes pain or dizziness and obtain appropriate professional advice when needed.
Free and paid access
A free account does not require payment. Plan features and history limits are shown on the pricing page. Tai Chi assessment and sample are free. Full text-guided Tai Chi access is included in platform Premium or available separately at $19 USD/month or $114 USD/year. A Tai Chi-only subscription does not upgrade the rest of the platform.
Recurring billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled. The checkout shows the amount, billing period and any applicable taxes before you confirm payment. Use Manage billing to request cancellation and review the provider confirmation. If that page cannot locate your purchase, contact support with the receipt reference; do not purchase again to recover access.
Refunds and consumer rights
Contact support about duplicate charges, access failures or refund requests. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. No unconditional refund promise is made on this page.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain rights to information you submit. You permit processing needed to provide the requested features. Do not upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others or share access credentials. Keep your own copies of important records.
Availability and changes
Availability may depend on your device, network and third-party services. Planned features are not included purchase promises. We may improve the service; material changes affecting paid access or these terms will be communicated as applicable.
Limits
Educational guidance and software estimates have limitations. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular health outcome. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
